A Person's profile will demonstrate their talents and achievements.
Educational Establishments, to find Persons that have the skills and attributes they require.
set up to assist Persons with their careers and maximise their potential.
to look for Persons (including apprentices) to seek the skills they require.
Educational Establishments, Associations and Employers may be referred to by us as "Members"
and are required to enter into an individual agreement with us that further governs their use of the Site (amongst other terms).
the Site is not a social media website;
registered users with profiles cannot communicate with each other through the Site
nor can they see each other's profiles;
information a Member may seek about a person must be for its own use
and relevant to the purposes set out in Clause 7.1 above.
It cannot be used by a Member to seek general information;
no content on the Site shall be used for commercial purposes,
unless we have expressly agreed that with you in advance;
and a referral being made to the Information Commissioner's Office.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
We are the owner or the licensee of or have had assigned to us all intellectual property rights in the Site,
